On other stuff, OK, I'll bite.  Some poorly-recorded tunes from a
film soundtrack I did years ago are hanging out at
www.mp3.com/maurice (the polka one is moderately amusing), and a
Jandek cover I submitted to a tribute (didn't make the cut) is living
at http://mauricerickard.com/mp/when_the_telephone_melts.mp3  (which
may only make sense if you know Janky's work at all).

All of that was done before I started in on Richard's lessons.
Ironically, since that time, I've been doing all this tuneless,
sound-effect stuff as live improv.  I'm planning on recording
tonight's set, actually.  (Just sort of happened that way--it's funny
that my conventional technique is getting better just when I'm not
using it in front of people.)
